Frequently Asked Questions
Do I have to sign a contract?
No, we don’t require contracts. Our services are designed to be flexible, so you can start, pause, or cancel at any time without being locked into a commitment.
Do you provide services year-round?
Yes, we operate all year long. We continue service through every season to help keep your yard clean and manageable, even during the colder months.
What do you do with the waste after the cleanup?
We don’t leave the waste behind. After each visit, we bag it up and haul it away at no extra charge—so you’re not stuck dealing with odors or a full trash bin.
Do I have to be home while you clean my yard?
No, you don’t need to be home during your service. As long as we have access to your yard, we can complete the cleanup and notify you once the job is done.
Can my dog be outside while you scoop?
Yes! We love seeing our furry clients! Although if your dog is aggressive towards strangers, we recommend keeping them inside during service.
How much does pooper scooper service cost in Utah?
Pricing depends on factors number of dogs, and service frequency. We offer affordable plans with options to fit different needs and budgets. Contact us for a personalized quote.
How do you ensure the safety of my dog?
We prioritize your pet’s safety by using pet-friendly, veterinary-grade disinfectants on our tools and footwear between every visit. This prevents the spread of germs and keeps your yard a safe environment for your dog.
We also make sure your gate stays closed while we’re in the yard, and when we leave. We send a photo of your closed gate after every visit, so you can rest easy knowing your yard is secure.
Can I request a specific scoop day and time?
We do our best to accommodate preferred service days. While availability varies based on your location, we’ll do our best to find a schedule that fits your needs. Requesting a specific time is more difficult as yard conditions and number of clients can vary day-to-day.
What areas do you serve?

Do you offer yard deodorizing/sanitizing?
We offer yard sanitizing and deodorizing for an additional $15 per visit. This can be added to your plan weekly, biweekly, monthly, or as needed.
How does billing work?
We offer convenient online billing with clear invoices and automatic payments at the start of each month. We charge in advance for the entire month, on your first service day of each month. This keeps credit card processing fees as low as possible and helps keep our service more affordable than charging on a week-to-week basis.
For regular service plans we only accept credit cards. For one time cleanups we can accept most payment methods including cash, Venmo, and Zelle.
